Better known as Chef Ismail, has been making cheese for more than 10 years. His experience including training and internship in San Marino. With strong support from MARDI, he is the CEO of Smail Cheese Sdn Bhd, which manufacture cheese on behalf of Cheese Please Sdn Bhd.

Chen is the Director of Sales and Marketing is a seasoned business owner in oil & gas industry that contribute significantly in the establishment of Cheese Please Sdn Bhd.
