Fresh Mozzarella
Burrata
Burrata, meaning “buttery” in Italian, is a fresh cheese made from a mix of mozzarella and cream. The thin shell is a pasta filata curd made of buffalo and/or cow’s milk mozzarella, while the insides contain a soft, doughy, stringy mixture of curd and fresh cream. The cheese originated in the Apulia region of Italy, known for sheep farming and agriculture.
It is traditionally sold in asphodel leaves with a polyethene plastic bag. The green colour of asphodel leaves is an indicator of the freshness of the cheese.
When you cut open a Burrata, it oozes with buttery and creamy panna containing scraps of mozzarella. The cream has a rich flavour and must be eaten immediately. Our Burrata weight is approximately 125gram/pc.
Freshly Made
Burrata is usually served fresh at room temperature.

Fresh Mozzarella
Bocconcini
Meaning “little mouthful” these small balls of mozzarella first originated in Naples, Italy, and were made predominantly from the milk of water buffalos. The word “bocconcini” is derived from the Italian word “boccone,” meaning mouthful or morsel. They were also named after their little, rounded appearance, much like a single serving of meatballs, which is sometimes called “bocconcino” throughout Italy.
We sold Bocconcini in 3 sizes 100g, 50g, and 10g per pc. The smoke option is also available.
Built for Melting
The high moisture content gives each tender bite a creamy, smooth texture that melts in your mouth.

Fresh Mozzarella
Stracciatella
Otherwise known as the creamy, delicious filling of burrata cheese, stracciatella is made from cow’s milk by a process of shredding mozzarella and soaking it in cream. It is dreamy served with tomatos and olive oil, along with some crusty bread to soak it all up. It is also divine as a pizza topping and in pasta sauces. The cheese originated in Puglia – the land of burrata, a descendant of stracciatella. It was created at the beginning of the 20th century by mixing scraps leftover from mozzarella production with fresh cream. Burrata is stracciatella wrapped in a mozzarella casing.
Our fresh stracciatella comes in two tubs size at 300g or 1kg and is best enjoyed within 5 days.
From savory to sweet, our cheese adds a delightful touch to any recipe.

Fior Di Latte
Fior di Latte Mozzarella is a type of mozzarella cheese that originated in Italy. “Fior di Latte” translates to “flower of milk” in English, indicating its fresh and milky flavour. This cheese is made using cow’s milk, although buffalo milk versions also exist. Fior di Latte, a semi-soft cheese, is known for its fresh and mild taste. The texture is soft and moist, and the cheese has a smooth, elastic consistency. It is used in making pizzas, caprese salads, and other dishes. The cheese is white in colour, and it comes in various forms like balls, logs, or shredded.
